A letter from a teacher who saw "Romeo + Juliet":
"I just wanted to thank you and your cast and crew for a wonderful performance of "Romeo and Juliet" this past week. My kids absolutely loved it and I have heard them in the halls telling all of their other teachers and classmates about the show. It's just an amazing thing to hear a child with special needs and behavioral issues getting up in front of his class and talking about how in the play Mercutio did this or Benvolio did that, while everyone listens attentively to him.
We can't wait to come back next year, and maybe I can even bring the upperclassmen to see "Macbeth" or "Hamlet" if that becomes available. Again, thank you so much for your dedication to the arts and your consideration of the younger kids."
